Client support manager

8 hours a day, flexible schedule: from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Workplace: Sofia

You will be responsible for:

  • serving clients over the phone, email and online chat;
  • consulting clients about on-line payments, e-commerce and financial services;
  • checking e-commerce project applications and enabling services;
  • identifying new clients and registering them in the system.

We hope for your inner motivation and:

  • have at least one year experience serving clients over the phone and (or) email;
  • possess very good computer skills and type quickly;
  • have strong knowledge of English and know one of these languages in addition: Arabic, French, German, Spanish.
