Content Manager

We are looking for a Content Manager to join our Marketing and PR department to plan and execute our customer communications, produce a variety of content assets, and lead content improvements on our website and blog. In this position, you will work cross-functionally with sales, product management, client support, Paysera Network partners, and regional marketing managers across seven countries. We are on the lookout for individuals who are committed to self-improvement and are not afraid to employ innovative AI tools in their daily work to drive progress.

What you will do:

Write and manage content (emails, blogs, landing pages, video scripts, white papers, one-pagers, reports, webinars, infographics, content for the website and landing pages, etc.) to increase Paysera brand awareness and attract new customers

Develop and execute content ideas that help support campaign messaging to be used in the wider marketing campaigns

Plan and execute customer communication campaigns

Create and develop an editorial calendar 

Actively participate in the corporate website and blog redesign processes

Work with HQ and regional marketing teams to ensure smooth communication campaign execution and best practice sharing

Expect to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.

What we expect:

3+ years of experience in content marketing and storytelling

Ability to come up with creative and engaging ideas for content based on data

Strong writing skills

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, preferably native speaker

Strong sense of commitment and superior attention to detail

Ability to coordinate and execute tasks in a highly dynamic environment

Have a customer-focused, analytical, and entrepreneurial attitude

Energetic and passionate about the fintech world

A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field

Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.

The salary for this position ranges from 1600 to 2600 EUR gross

Lithuanian language knowledge is not necessary. International candidates with the right to work in the EU and based in Lithuania (or willing to relocate to Lithuania) will be considered.
