Quality Assurance Specialist (Client Support team)

What you will do:

Regular (daily, weekly, and monthly) checks and quality analysis on operational activities of Client Support processes;

Ensuring that internal Client Support processes are working correctly and helping to identify and report on any gaps or deficiencies;

Helping to identify, design, and implement improvements in the way of working, work instructions, and possible automation of processes;

Optimising the use of the quality and monitoring tools and ensuring enhancements of the quality reports;

Communication and escalation with management, partners, and state institutions;

Supporting the culture of client-centricity and learning in the organization

Expect to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.

What we expect:

Previous experience working as a QA Specialist in the dynamic fintech environment;

Excellent knowledge of English, French, and Arabic languages;

Higher education (in law, finance, banking, or similar would be considered an advantage);

Knowledge of relevant laws, legal acts, and requirements;

A strong analytical and structured mind, attention to detail;

The capability of challenging people and providing constructive criticism;

Proactivity and a drive to achieve improvements and efficiency.

Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.
