Filip Mutafis, Executive Director of Paysera Bulgaria

Filip Mutafis has over 20 years of experience in the software sector. He is a member of the Bulgarian Fintech Association Board and the BASCOM Board. His primary focus lies in spearheading the incorporation of technological innovations across many companies. Throughout his career, he has initiated and participated in innovative Bulgarian business projects such as the first Internet laboratories, e-learning systems, localization and implementation of ERP systems, and mobile solutions from before the era of mobile phones.

Martin Bogdanov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Paysera Bulgaria

Martin Bogdanov has more than 25 years of experience in the financial sector. He has held senior positions at the Bulgarian National Bank and leading commercial banks in Bulgaria and Albania. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Paysera Bulgaria and Deputy CEO of Paysera LTD, co-founder and advisor to the BFA Board. He actively works for the development of the financial and fintech sectors by introducing innovative services and processes to help clients and institutions, assisting in the introduction of regulatory changes and best practices.

Tsvetomir Doskov

Tsvetomir Doskov: Paysera Bulgaria Shareholder and Member of the Board of Directors

Tsvetomir Doskov is a financial manager with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Master's degrees in Banking and Insurance.
Over the past 30 years, he has held executive positions in several banks, financial institutions, payment operators, and a holding company. He has participated in numerous boards and councils of joint-stock companies and professional organizations, as well as in the transformation of a joint-stock company into a public company on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
He has successfully completed over 30 different management courses, seminars, and trainings in the field of banking, risk management, and information technology. For 20 years he has been developing business and operational models and organizations based on digital solutions and technological software platforms. He actively participates in the professional life and calendar of all financial forums in the country, as a lecturer, moderator, or panelist.
