Withdraw cash
- The service is only available for individuals. Clients with business accounts can transfer the funds to their personal account with the purpose of payment "Order for cash withdrawal" and request cash withdrawal from their personal account.
- Funds are available for withdrawal as soon as they are requested in the mobile application.
- After the confirmation, you have 30 days to withdraw the money or to cancel the request.
- The requested cash is available to withdraw at any EasyPay partner location. No need to choose an office in advance.
Cash withdrawal step-by-step
In your Paysera mobile application, choose More>Withdraw Money.
Select EasyPay and tap on the account you want to withdraw from.
Specify the amount to withdraw. The service fee will be displayed. Confirm the request.
Go to the chosen EasyPay office and identify yourself with an ID card to receive the funds.
Top-up your account
- Make a deposit request through the online banking (desktop version).
- You can top up your Paysera account at any EasyPay location.
- You receive top-up instructions by logging into your account and choosing Accounts & Cards > Top-up account.
- With the generated code and your ID you deposit the requested amount together with the included fee.

Cash pickup transfers
- Send money for cash pickup in minutes to over 500,000 locations all over the world.
- The recipient doesn't have to be a Paysera client.
- Cash pickup transfers can be made in EUR, USD, and GBP. The recipient is given cash in the currency that was sent or the local currency.
- The monthly transaction amount should not exceed 5000 EUR.

Funds are available for withdrawal immediately after request confirmation. Customers have 30 days to withdraw the amount. If they do not do so within this period, the funds requested for withdrawal will be unblocked and available again in the account, but the service fee will be deducted.

Yes, the cash withdrawal request is valid for 30 days. During this period you have the option to cancel it. The amount will be unblocked in your account, but the commission deducted will not be refunded.
